In this webinar, we delved into the cautionary approach to asset allocation due to the overpriced nature of equities and the potential for minimal future returns. We examined historical data, including the negative returns observed in the 2000s, and presented Research Affiliates' projections of -0.70% total return for U.S. Large Cap stocks. 

We also challenged assumptions regarding sustained high valuations for technology companies and emphasized the need for caution in a volatile market. We discussed Bob Farrell's Investing Rules and explored the challenges of the broken bond market, while providing strategies such as defensive portfolios and incorporating illiquid investments. The webinar aimed to equip participants with effective strategies to protect and grow client portfolios in the current investment landscape.
